GRADES 2 & 3

Food

Grade 2 – 800 Chips Ahoy cookies, ¼ orange slices and ice water (use coolers)

Setup

Grade 3 – cookies and juice should be placed in the all-purpose room.  We should use the two large blue coolers in the cage – one for water, one for juice.  Place cookies out on platters.

Serve

Grades 2 & 3 – we need two or three people to help with serving.

Cleanup

Grade 2 – Five to seven people to help with cleanup.  This is a late event – the more people able to assist the better!!
